Get to Know Dr. Groth

Dr. Groth graduated from the University of Illinois in 1999 with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She has been practicing veterinary medicine for 18 years.

We were very pleased to welcome her to our team. Dr. Groth recently joined us in February 2017. Along with her commitment and knowledge, which is a perfect combination to add to our South Town Family, she is energetic and very passionate about practicing veterinary medicine. Together with Dr. Denise Crittenden and Dr. Renee Mead, she believes in “healthy pets, longer lives”.

She is excited to work with the caring Veterinarians and staff at South Town Animal Hospital. In addition, she is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Illinois State Veterinary Association. Our feline and canine patients are in devoted care when being treated by Dr. Groth. In her spare time she enjoys activities outdoors as well as spending time with her family.
