South Town Animal Hospital’s Client Connection
It is important for us to offer you an easy way to connect with us throughout the day. With our mobile App you have quick access to your pet(s) vaccine records, medical records and are able to request refills and appointments from the comfort of your own smart phone. With the South Town App you can even send us a photo of your furry family member to be featured in our reception area!
Not only does the App allow you to engage with us quickly and efficiently, you are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program and rewarded a complementary pawprint. For every $100 spent in a single invoice you receive additional pawprints, each worth $5. Collect 3 pawprints and begin redeeming conveniently at your next visit. Or you can choose to save them up to the limit of 10 and a $50.00 credit will applied to your account. Our loyalty program is a way for us to thank you for your continued trust and support!
If you do not own a smart phone, just let South Town know and they will be glad to add your pets along with their pictures to the program.

Create an account on the log in page (use the same email address listed in your South Town account, please check with us if you are not sure)
When you receive the verification email, click on the link to activate your account.
In a few minutes you will see your pet(s) appear in the App. This may take up to 24 hours for new clients.
