Joy grew up in Elgin and is a senior at Northern Illinois University. She studies criminal psychology and wants to be either a profiler or lawyer down the line. She loved animals growing up, and has two cats of her own at home – Sushi and Salmon. She is hoping to add a dog to her little family soon.
In her free time she volunteers at a local animal shelter where she takes care of all sorts of animals including foxes, horses and raccoons. She also loves to read and enjoys cooking for her friends and family. Her favorite part about her job here at South Town is seeing all the cute cats and dogs come in.
