Stephanie started her journey into veterinary medicine in June of 2017 by earning her veterinary assistant certification at Northeastern Illinois University. While in school she continued to work as a kennel technician and continued to do so for over 4 years. After earning her veterinary assistant certification she had her second child, she stayed at home to care for her family. Stephanie now has two amazing children and three dogs. She loves every minute of her crazy mom life!
She ventured out after her son turned two to continue her goal of working with animals. She says she was so very lucky to be welcomed into South Town Animal Hospital in February of 2021. She feels that it has been the best learning experience thus far! Stephanie can’t wait to continue to grow and learn from everyone at South Town Animal Hospital. She also loves to get to know all the patients and clients that come to the hospital. Stephanie’s future goals are that she is eager to get back to school and earn her veterinary technician license!
When she is not at work Stephanie loves to paint and go on family adventures. She also enjoys catching-up on some movies with her kids and dogs of course!
