Hello, my name is Monica and I started working at South Town Animal Hospital in 2024. It’s been a pleasure working here since and I have enjoyed the endless journey of learning and growing within the veterinary field. For as long as I could remember, I’ve wanted to become a veterinarian myself and have dedicated the entirety of my education to fulfill that goal. I have always loved animals as well as learning about them, and have grown passionate about wanting to become someone people can rely on when their furry companions need it most. Additionally, I have volunteered at multiple animal shelters since 2021 which was another wonderful experience that I will continue to explore for the animals in my community who need a helping hand. Working here at STAH has helped give me more insight and direct experience within the veterinary field and I have learned countless lessons about veterinarians and the work they do. I look up to the hard-working doctors I see everyday at STAH and hope one day I can become as great as they are in regard to saving the lives of our friends with paws.
