Alison started working at South Town Animal Hospital in 2007, after accumulating five years of experience working with Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin. Her training at AAS, which covered temperament testing, cleaning and general medical duties, has helped her to expand her role at South Town. She is the Lead Veterinary Technician and surgical technician. Alison and her team give their best efforts to ensure pets will be given loving care during appointments or procedures. Along with the veterinarians and the CSRs at South Town, they work to create a positive environment for client’s pets to experience.
Alison lives in Elgin with her daughter and her two Pit-bulls, two cats and two leopard geckos. When Alison is not at work she enjoys canoeing, camping and spending time with family and friends.
